Make a Mistake to develop yourself robust to failure!!!!

Hi Guyz,
how you all have been i hope everything's fine.I'm writing an article on MISTAKES are they Good enough for learning or are they just huge gaffe's.Find it out here and let me know am i thinking like you all.

Very few people feel comfortable making mistakes at work. They fear they will lose the respect of their managers and peers, and that their reputations will be hampered. Yet, mistakes are often the best teachers in life. It's impossible for your people to learn something new if they only do things they know well. Create a mistake-making culture for a short term. Encourage your people to take risks. Help them accept their gaffes and share what they've learned from them. Of course, there are times when blunders are too costly. But for those less mission-critical times, ask your people to approach problems as learners, not experts.

If you aren't making mistakes, you aren't learning enough!!!!!

Soccer a game of Dirty Tactics ??

I'm fed up of this old dilemma,is this game the game of all dirty tricks or challenges or tackles ?
well to a certain extent it is in today's scenario having want to win at any cost besides taking consideration on the other end of the player who suffered because of the ill facet pervert challenge, his whole career gets on stake at that 1 or 2 second well what you think guyz is it good to win at any cost WELL I THINK THIS SHOULD BE TAUGHT TO OUR DEAR COACH OR MANAGERS who continuosly pressurize them at tough times rather than giving them a MORAL BOOST.

Still hoping to turn this evil into competetiveness!!!!!!
